When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.
We offer goods for sale through our website www.1env.co.uk and our catalogue.
All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage and VAT. Our prices may change and our catalogues/website will always show our best prices at the time of printing. During the period the catalogue is valid, we may offer items at a lower price on special offers. If you order from a catalogue which quotes a higher price, we will process your order at the lower price. We will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time of your order and this will never be more than the valid prices published in our catalogue.~
- Web Prices
Our site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, on very rare occassions and despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice. We try our upmost to describe goods accurately; however no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
We will deliver your order to most addresses in UK mainland. For standard delivery, we use a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods the next working day. If you live in a remote area or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find, your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days. Any free delivery offers apply to UK mainland addresses only. If a quicker delivery is important then please notify us at the time of order and we will endeavour to use one of our premium delivery options. Whether these options are available will depend on where you are and, in some cases, the time of day. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order.
We, or our carrier company are unable to take any responsibility for loss if you request that we leave goods unsigned.
1env cannot be held responsible for any third party costs incurred by you should our deliveries not arrive or arrive incorrect.
We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, at times when there is unexpectedly high demand or supply issues, we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we will endeavour to notify you at the time of order and offer to hold the order until the stock arrives or part ship. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.
If you want to cancel your order, you may do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out your order in a very short period. If you want to cancel the order, you should do so by phone and we will confirm whether we have been able to do this.
- 30-day refund
Once we have sent out your order or you have collected it, you may return the goods for a full refund, without giving a reason, as long as the goods are with the original packaging, unused and you do so within 30 days of buying them. You will have to pay any costs involved in returning them to us.
- 12-month guarantee
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, you may contact us for a refund or to arrange repair (if we decide) at any time in the first 12 months. All we ask is that you explain what the problem is and give us details of the purchase. Some of the goods we sell carry longer manufacturers’ warranties. Our guarantee is aimed at giving you extra peace of mind. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer's warranty.
Notifications of non-delivery or damages must be received in writing within 3 working days. Any items delivered damaged must be signed for as damaged at time of delivery. It is vital that the number of boxes signed for corresponds to the carriers delivery manifest. If any part of the order is signed for but not delivered then we are unable to put forward a claim against the carrier.
There may be a £15 charge for unwanted goods collected under our 30 day return policy.
All goods remain the property of 1 ENV Solutions Ltd until paid for in full.
In the event of 1 ENV needing to recover any outstanding monies using external agencies or solicitors, all costs and charges are bearable by the customer.
Payment terms are net cash within 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts.

- Our mistakes
We are constantly updating our products, prices and offers. We are confident of our technology and staff but we realise that we sometimes may make mistakes. If we offer goods for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour our offer. There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible for us to do this. In these cases, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot sort out the matter fairly with you, we can refuse your order and refund any payment you may have made.
- Unexpected circumstances
If things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere with our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. However, we will not be legally responsible to you for any failure which is due to these unexpected circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
- Legal responsibility
Nothing in these terms of business should affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures that are outside our control unless you have asked us for a premium delivery option. In these circumstances, we will limit what we pay you to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the goods. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses.
